Larry Lamar Clayton September 9, 1963 – January 25, 2020 Larry Lamar Clayton, 56, of Bedford, passed away January 25, 2020 at IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington. Born September 9, 1963 in Atlanta, Georgia, he was the son of Roy Lee and Ruby Jean (Smith) Clayton. He married Teresa Speer on August 13, 1988 and she survives. Larry worked construction and roofing prior to working at Burger King. Surviving are his wife, Teresa of Bedford; one brother, Leroy Clayton; one sister, Theresa Scarbary; brothers and sisters-in-law; Sandy Kelly, David Speer, William Speer, Becky Turpin, April Johnson; nephews, Skyler (Lexi) Johnson, Christian Johnson; along with father-in-law, Herb Speer and mother-in-law, Helen Speer. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Bobby Clayton. Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes with Gary Lee officiating. Burial to follow in Mundell Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until the service hour on Wednesday at the funeral home.
