She is survived by her father and step mother, Glenn Ray Smith and Debbie Smith of Bardstown, KY; mother, Mona Lee Smith of Campbellsville, KY; two sons, Darrian I. Smith and Tristen L. Smith, both of Campbellsville, KY; brother, Nathan Ray Smith of Campbellsville, KY Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 04, 2020 at Bosley Funeral Home. Cremation to follow after funeral services. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service on Saturday, January 04, 2020 at Bosley Funeral Home.
