Glenda’s Obituary A resident of Amite, LA, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington, LA. She was born July 1, 1942 and was 77 years of age. She is survived by her daughter, Carol Sue Overmier; son-in-law, Patrick O. Overmier; 3 grandchildren, Jason Overmier, Sr., Jamie Crowe, and Julie Overmier; 4 great grandchildren, Jason Overmier, Jr., Paul Johnson, Hunner Farbe and McKayla Crowe; 2 great-great-grandchildren, Jocelyn and Rylee Overmier; 2 sisters, Brenda Thompson and Carol Cooper; former husband, Virgil Casanova and wife, Dolores Casanova and Marci Yszara and Leanne Guyllette; 2 aunts, Ordean M. Wright of Picayune, MS and Evelyn M. McGahagin of Slidell, LA. Preceded in death by her mother, Geneva Mansfield Taylor; and stepfather, Carl Eugene Taylor; great-grandchild, Landon O. Farbe.
