George’s Obituary George Albert Rosas, 65, avid music lover, musician and beloved educator for over 20 years peacefully passed away Monday, January 20, 2020 surrounded by family. George enlisted in the United States Army in 1973 to complete his training at Fort Ord, California and Fort Polk, Louisiana as an Infantry Man. Sergeant First Class Rosas proudly served his country for 23-years. His passion for the Lord lead him to do mission work internationally for over 12 years. George was a kind caring man who we will always love deeply. He is survived by his mother Teresa; his wife of 25 years Norma Alicia Gamez Rosas; his children Phillip Rosas, Sonia Rosas, Alondra Rosas Gamez and Nayeli Rosas Gamez; stepchildren Alejandro Gamez Molina, Norma Alicia Gamez Molina and many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and longtime friends from around the world. George was also blessed with many enduring friendships that he cultivated through life.
