A Memorial Service will be held at a later date for Desiree-Deshotel Sanchez, 35 who passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 10:40 A.M. at St. Joseph Carpenter House in Lafayette. The family has requested visitation to be held on Monday, December 30, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley. Survivors include five sons, Blaze, Kade, Kolton, Joseph, and Jaxon; two daughters, Arielle and Arianna; her parents, Terrance, Sr. and wife, Lita Deshotel; her mother, Sarah Deshotel of Crowley; three brothers, Terrance, Jr. and Zachary, Jesse; one sister, Paige; her paternal grandmother, Janis Deshotel; her maternal grandmother, Laura Broussard.; several aunts, uncles, cousins and family. Desiree was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, John Deshotel; her maternal grandfathers, Arvalee DaVille and Odie John Broussard, Sr.; one aunt, Karen DaVille Rachel.
