He was a graduate of Oskaloosa High School in 1976. David is survived by his father Henry of Tonganoxie, KS, one son Kansas Cowboy Woodard, Topeka, two daughters, Buffy Irene Woodard, Lawrence and Melinda Kate Woodard, Topeka, one sister June Woodard Oskaloosa, and two grand-children. No services are planned at this time, memorial donations are suggested to Barnett Family Funeral Home to be used for funeral expenses.
