Zane’s Obituary Zane L. Wilson, Lampe, MO, son of Jesse and Denzil (Tannehill) Wilson, was born March 14, 1946 El Dorado, KS and departed this life on December 27, 2019 at the age of 73. Zane had been a resident of the area for three years, moving here from Coolidge, AZ where he met his very best friend and partner, Juanita Gray. He was a Christian and member of Osage Methodist Church but attended Lampe Baptist Church in Lampe, MO. Zane retired after forty-one years with Hallmark Cards in Kansas City, MO as a machinist. Zane was preceded in death by his wife, Donna; his parents; daughter, Shauna Lee Wilson; brother, Jerry Lee Wilson; and three sisters. Survivors include: Juanita Gray, his significant other; six sons, Wayne Raisor and wife, Jodi of Suffolk, VA, Ray Burns and wife, Kenna of Burlingame, KS, Randy Gray and wife, Carrie of Platte City, MO, Garry Sloss of Kimberling City, MO, Blake Gray and wife, Cathy of Sgt. Bluff, IA and Joe Sloss of Taneyville, MO; one sister, Darlene Sanders of Ozark, MO; twenty-one grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren; Brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO 10:00-11:00 a.m. with the service following at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Dennis Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in in Osage City, KS. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to Lampe Baptist Church, Lampe, MO, St. Jude or Cancer Research.
