Obituary Welford Lucero, age 87, born in Amarillo, Texas and resident of Albuquerque, passed away Friday, December 27, 2019. Mr. Lucero is survived by his beloved wife, Selfita Lucero; children, Rebecca Garcia, Jeannette Woodard and Tanya Lucero.
