Sheila Marie Morris-King, 61 years old died Wednesday December 4, 2016 at Spectrum Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids Michigan, surrounded by her family. Sheila was born on April 16, 1958 to George Morris and Grace (Bell) Morris. Sheila graduated from Battle Creek Central High School in 1977. She has a special gift from God, and it was her beautiful singing voice, she did it so amazingly that it filled everyone’s heart with love and happiness. She was a very kind, loving, gentle, humble and sweet person. Sheila is survived by her mother, Grace (Morris) McCreary; her sons Kefentse (Malissa) Morris, Darrell (Lisa) Morris, and Jerry Morris; brothers, George Morris, Elroy (Darlene) Morris, and sisters, Arnetta (Morris) Bluntson, and Tina Morris. Sheila loved all fourteen of her grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and her dog, Drake Boy, also a host of dear friends. She was proceeded in death by her father, George Morris, brother, Danny Morris, grandson, Kefentse Morris, grandparents, and her loving dog Drake Boy. The family will receive family and friends at a memorial on Friday December 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Maranatha Original Church of God.
