Age 70, of Elmira, NY, passed away Monday, December 23rd, 2019 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Sharon was born in Elmira, October 13th, 1949. The daughter of the late Herbert and Twila Cook. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years Donald; daughters: Dawn (Todd) Lown of Elmira, Donna (Pat) Pritchard of Elmira and Diane (Bill) Greeno of Elmira; grandchildren: Heather (John) Shavalier, Brittnie Blow, Nicholas Lown, Bryan Ellis, Coby Greeno, 4 great grandchildren; sister: Brenda (Norm) Brinck and brother: Albert (Dorothy) Cook. She was predeceased by her sisters: Nancy Gates, Mary Hall and Shirley Thomas; Brothers: Jimmy Cook and Larry Cook. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY Saturday, December 28th, 2019 12:00 (Noon) to 2:00 PM. Memorial services celebrating Sharon’s love and life will follow calling hours at 2:00 PM. Sharon loved and adored her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved to talk to her devoted friend, Debbie Fitch, everyday, playing bingo, playing the horses, and trips to Tioga Downs.
