Sandra’s Obituary Sandra Marie Hammond, age 58, of Duncanville, Alabama, passed peacefully on December 22, 2019. A memorial service will be Monday, December 30, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel. Tuscaloosa Memorial Park and Chapel, 5434 Old Birmingham Highway, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404 will be directing. Sandra is preceded in death by one sister Belinda C Hammond; mother, Betty Hammond; and her father, Edward Hammond. She is survived by her two sons Chris and Blake Akins; her sister, Donna Kay Williams and her three brothers, Eddie Hammond, Shane Hammond, and Sean Hammond; her granddaughter, Madison Mae Akins ”MaeMae”; and her niece, Macie Jean Hayes ”Big MaeMae”. Sandra will forever be remembered by family and friends, as the most loving and caring person. She would truly give you the shirt off her back. Sandra loved spending her time laying in the sun, fixing her hair, chatting with family and friends, and being with her granddaughter, Madison.
