Ryder A. Cregg, 5, of Columbus, passed from this at 5:27 p.m. Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. Ryder was born November 29, 2014, in Columbus, the son of Jeff R. and Lacey J. Barrett Cregg. He attended ABC-Stewart Preschool. He touched many lives and was loved by all his family and friends. Survivors include is parents, Jeff and Lacey Cregg; brother, Ty Romine; sister, Abbie Cregg; grandparents, Pat and Mary Jean Cregg, Beverly Barrett and Mike Green; great-grandmother, Annie Imlay all of Columbus; and his uncles and aunts, Andrew and Sally Cregg of Columbus and Jeremy and Shannon DeHaven of Texas. The funeral service will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Ron Bridgewater officiating. Family and friends may call from 3:30 p.m. to time of service. In keeping with families wishes, cremation will take place following the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Motorcyclist Association.
