Ronald’s Obituary Ronald L. Moore 79 of Richmond passed away December 24, 2019 at Reid Health after a short illness. He was born June 26, 1940 in Richmond to George and Lucille Miller Moore and lived here most of his life. He served in the Army as a Staff Sergeant during Korea. He was a self employed household goods salesman. Ronald was a member of the V.F.W. Kirk Little post 1108, the Eagles, the Druids and the Loyal Order of Moose. He is survived by his five children Mike (Kerry) Moore of Centerville, Vicki (Tony) Kendall, Ron (Pam Mullins) Moore of Richmond, Tim (Joni) Moore of Williamsburg, Virginia, Laura Kristi (Donald) Cooper of Centerville, thirteen grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren, one sister Georgia (John) Stearns of Lafayette, several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Laura Moore who died in 1988, one sister Sue Crawford, one granddaughter, one great grandson. Services will be 1:00 PM Monday December 30, 2019 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Chaplain Rick Alvey officiating; burial will be in Abington Cemetery with military rites.
