Michael Scott Hall December 11 2019

December 11 2019
WASHINGTON – Michael Scott Hall, 56, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Wednesday, December 11, 2019. Born in Camden on May 17, 1963 to Albert Kenneth and Lora Eugenia “Jeannie” (Petry) Hall, he was educated in local schools and was a graduate of Camden Rockport High School. On May 4, 1985 he married his High School sweetheart, Tina Morrison Mike had a great ride through life with his family who he loved more than anything, and a lot of great friends. He was a very creative man who could build anything, from the Rat Rod pickup truck that he built in memory of his father to the Maine Zombie Lobstermen comics that he wrote and drew in collaboration with his late brother Kenny. As well as the house that he and his wife Tina remodeled. Always thinking outside of the box, Mike could always be found in his garage tinkering on old engines or on his last project of building a sawmill. When not in the garage tinkering, Mike enjoyed watching horror movies and television programs related to homesteading, survival, car building, and documentaries on religion. A hard worker all his life and “tough as nails”, Mike was driven to make sure his family was taken care of and for a time worked three jobs at once to support them. It was his “tough as nails” nature and mentality that sustained him through the many battles he had with his health. Predeceased by his father and a brother Kenneth, he is survived by his mother of Lincolnville; His wife Tina and their children; Daniel Hall, and Ashley Miller and her husband Wayne all of Washington; Brothers, Lowell Hall and his partner Joni of Oakland, and Richie Hall and his wife Sheila of New Jersey; His sister in-law Margaret Hall of Lincolnville; Two grandchildren, Zachary Hendron and Isabelle Miller, and several nieces and nephews. In keeping with Mike’s wishes there will be no formal services. A gathering of family and friends will be announced on a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bob Gagnon Cancer Care Fund c/o Penbay Healthcare, 22 White St. Rockland ME 04841 Read Less
