Obituary Cumberland, MD – Ethel Virginia Judd, 90, of Cumberland, MD, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2019, at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center. Born November 29, 1929, in Cumberland, MD, Mrs. Judd was the daughter of the late Reuben Washington Eaton and Cora Elizabeth (Brant) Eaton.
