Sarala Devi Moschera, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and physician died peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, December 29th, 2019 at the age of 79. Sarala is survived by her husband John Moschera, daughter Kavita Colon and her husband Christopher Colon and their two children, and daughter Misha Conaway and her husband Steven Conaway. She is predeceased by her brother Prem Alampur, mother Lalitha Alampur, father Ramakrishna Alampur, and son John Sunil Moschera. Sarala was a devoted neurologist who dedicated her life to helping others. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all that knew her. A Hindu funeral service is scheduled for 10:30am on Tuesday, December 31st at Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home, 64 Ashford Ave., Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522, followed by a cremation service at 1:30pm at Ferncliff Cemetery, 280 Secor Rd, Hartsdale, NY 10530.
