David Harry Cassaday, 59, a lifelong resident of Monroeville, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2019. Born in Elmer, he was the son of the late Harry and Hazel (McGaha) Cassaday. David was a graduate of Woodstown High School and grew up working on the Cassaday family farm. Most recently, he worked for Creamy Acres in Mullica Hill. David was a huge fan of NASCAR, especially Martin Truex, Jr. and Mark Martin. He loved all things that had to do with John Deere tractors. He was a great craftsman, innovator and refinisher. David had a talent for taking an object and transforming it into something entirely different. David is survived by his fiancée Lisa Queen; his sons David Cassaday, Jr. and his children David III and Davanee, Josh Cassaday and his fiancée Brianna and Joseph Queen, his wife Angela and their sons Shawn and Nathan; his sisters Christine Roberts and her husband Larry and Judy Grelli and her husband Joe; and his niece Jessica Grelli. Services will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Adams Funeral Home, 64 Broad Street, Woodstown, NJ 08098. There will be a visitation from 10 to 11 AM and the funeral service at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Ferrell United Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please contact the funeral home for donation information.
