Ricky Eugene Conley, 63, of State Route 772, Piketon, Ohio passed 8:53 p.m. Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Adena Pike Medical Center. Ricky was born May 13, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio, the son of the late Luther Ardith Conley and Lilly Mae (Martin) Howard. He was united in marriage to Phyllis (Thomson) Conley, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Brea Conley and Echo Conley, step-daughter, Erica Thomson, step-son, Justin Thomson, three grandchildren, Hailey Thomson, Olivia Thomson and Gabby Thomson, four brothers, Ardith Conley, Steven “Chip” Conley, Darryl Conley and Bill Howard, and two cousins, Robin and Joni Welch. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Little Ricky, two aunts, Norma Welch and Juanita Martin and uncle, Harry Hessler.
