Larry Don Deveney, 75, of Huntsville, Texas passed away November 23, 2019. Larry, also known as “Pops” to his loved ones, was born June 11, 1944 in Ada, Oklahoma. He joined the United States Army in 1962, then served in the reserves until 1968. Upon receiving an honorable discharge, Larry traveled extensively for work all over the United States. He retired in 2011 and was able to enjoy the last several years with his family. Larry is survived by his son Travis and wife Shannon; grandchildren Justin, Bryan, Jace, Morgan, Ryan, Tara and Josh; and ten great-grandchildren. Larry was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Marilyn; and his parents Beaulah Burch and Harold Tucker.
