James J. Devins, age 91 and formerly of Saginaw passed away October 29, 2019 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. The son of the late William and Kathleen (Fisher) Devins, James was born July 26, 1928 in Toledo, Ohio. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. James married the former Kathryn A. Breidenbach. He was employed by IBM Corporation prior to his retirement. Surviving are his wife, Kathryn; and 2 children, Joseph M. Devins and Theresa (Roy) Lane. Graveside interment will take place Tuesday November 5, 2019 at St. Andrew Cemetery in Saginaw
