Obituary James Pappan, age 71 of Alapaha died Friday, November 8, 2019 at his home surrounded by family. Services will be announced at a later date. Mr. Pappan was born June 21, 1948 to the late Roy Ottis Pappan and Colleen Mae Brett in East Chicago, Illinois. He loved being outdoors, especially taking care of his lawn and also enjoyed music.
