James’ Obituary Ephesians 4-2: “Be completely humble and gentle: Be patient, bearing with another in love.” On Sunday morning, November 10, 2019 our beloved father, James Elbert Repass, 80, of Princeton received his crown in Heaven. Born August 11, 1939 in Bluefield, WV, James was the son of the late John William Repass and Bessie Leigh Repass. James was a retired maintenance foreman with the Radford Arsenal in Radford, VA with thirty-eight years of service. He was a member of the Fairview Christian Community Church in Princeton, WV. James enjoyed fishing, reading his Bible, spending time with his family, and going to church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Royal Repass; two sisters, Karen Repass Cox and Judith Repass Plaster; and two brothers, Bob Repass and Junior Repass.. Survivors include four children, James F. Repass and wife Claudia of Sarasota, FL, Paul Repass and wife Connie of Sarasota, FL, Kimberly Barnett of Princeton, WV, and Cynthia Quijano and husband June of Anaheim, CA; six grandchildren, Jon Repass, Johnathon Repass, Kayla Ostrowski, McKenzi Barnett, Jamie Barnett, and Jade Quijano; three great grandchildren, Luca Repass, Emma Ostrowski, and Mateo Repass; one sister, Betty Belcher and husband Fred of Massillon, OH; one brother, William “Bill” Repass and wife Jean of Pulaski, VA; and a host of nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 7:00 PM, Thursday, November 14, 2019 at the Fairview Christian Community Church in Princeton, WV with Rev. Larry Dyer officiating. Friends may visit at the church from 5:00 PM until the service hour on Thursday. Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Friday, November 15, 2019 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton, WV. Men of the Fairview Christian Community Church will serve as pallbearers. Those attending the graveside service are asked to meet at Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton, WV by 10:45AM on Friday.
