Bruce’s Obituary Bruce Minh Le Vietnamese native, Bruce Minh Le, 59, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019 at the local hospital in Ardmore. The son of the late Cong Can Le and Thi Tung Le, Bruce was born July 26, 1960 in the Rach Gia Provence of Vietnam. He grew up in Vietnam and came to America in 1980. Living in Dallas, Texas he was a hard worker, doing yard work and became a security officer. He moved to Ardmore thirty years ago and became the owner of a convenience store. A helpful and caring person, Bruce’s personality could be described as comical, adventurous, loving, and devious (he sometimes tricked people into eating chili-peppers). Bruce often asked people, “do you know what my name is? Then answering, ” Bruce Le!” He enjoyed gardening and growing flowers, playing the guitar and with his dogs. The times he treasured most were those with his family at picnics, karaoke, fishing, and water skiing. Bruce is survived by his son, Brandon Minh Phu Le; his daughter, Brandy Ngoc Quy Le; brother, John Le and his former wife, Sandy Suong Dao. There will be a Gathering of Remembrance, with viewing, Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 30th and Dec. 1st, at Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home. Cremation-With-Care will be provided by Harvey-Douglas Crematory. Words of comfort and support may be sent to the family online at www.hdouglsfuneralhome.com. Read More
