Wilma’s Obituary Wilma Lavonna Ferman, 97, of Pilot Point, TX, passed away Monday, October 7, 2019 in Denton, TX. She was born April 2, 1922 in Carson City, MI to Elmer and Verna (Bryde) Miller. Wilma married Melford A. Ferman on March 3, 1946 in Carson City, MI. Wilma is survived by her son, Jerry Ferman and wife Charlotte of Castaic, CA; daughter, Jeanne McCain and husband David of Pilot Point, TX; two grandchildren, Derek McCain and wife Angela of Jamul, CA and Brent Barker and wife Dana of Carson City, MI; three great-grandchildren, Eden, Roslyn, and Bryna Barker; and numerous cousins in Texas and Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Verna; husband, Mel; and two daughters, Melody Lusardi and Elaine Ferman. A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM, Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Lux and Schnepp Funeral Home in Crystal, MI with Pastor Brian Wickes officiating.
