Michael Stapleton, 33 of Olive Hill passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at his residence. He was born May 6, 1986 in Morehead, KY a son of Bret and Glenna Plummer Stapleton of Olive Hill, KY. Michael had survived many challenges since birth and had exceeded all expectations throughout his life. He was of the Christian faith and was a member of the Gregoryville Christian Holiness Church. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Joe E. Stapleton and his maternal grandfather, Glendal Plummer. Surviving in addition to his parents, a sister, Kayla J. (Billy) Middleton of Olive Hill; his maternal grandmother, Betty Plummer and his paternal grandmother, Norma Stapleton both of Olive Hill; a niece, Katey and a nephew, Logan; extended family and friends will mourn his passing. Funeral services will be Friday, October 25, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson, Gary Waugh and Landon Copley will be officiating. Burial will follow at the Littleton Cemetery at Gregoryville. Visitation will be Thursday, October 24, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
