Mary Louise Rysdyk aged 84 went tobe with her Lord Saturday, October 12, 2019. She was preceded in death byher husband, Jack; daughter, Donna Reiter; stepson, Randy Rysdyk. Surviving are her children, Ellen Jourden, Glenda (John) Klap, David (Rhonda)Jourden, Michael (Margaret) Jourden, Rose Jourden, Doug (Anna) Jourden, Raymond Jourden; stepchildren, Ronald (Cheryl) Rysdyk, Debra (Guy) Schmenk, Pamela(Robert) Darling, Sandy (Gary) Stuart; son-in-law, Don Reiter; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Betty Courtade, MaryEllen Courtade; several nieces and nephews. Mary was very involved with her Church, the American Legion and the VFW Post. She will be remembered for her love of her family and friends and her passion for dancing and playing euchre. A Memorial Mass will be held 11:00AM Friday, October 18, 2019 at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 6390 Belmont Ave., NE. Her family will greet relatives and friends from 5PM to 7:30PM Thursday at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel – Belmont, 1601 Post Drive NE., and one hour prior to Mass at Church. Prayers of the Rosary will be recited Thursday at 7:30PM at the funeral chapel.
