Services for Leonard Laythern Heard will be held 4:00PM Friday October 18, 2019 at Bethany Baptist in Bainbridge Ga with Pastor Arnold Buckner Jr. officiating. Interment will be at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery. Leonard passed away on October 15, 2019 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. He was born on December 10, 1954, in Bainbridge to the late Willis Heard and to the late Emma Heard. Mr. Heard enjoyed the outdoors, and he loved his family. He was married to Regina Heard who survives. Other Survivors include his children Wade Heard(Kathy) of Thomasville, Kevin Maxwell (Jennifer) of Climax, Josh Heard (Mistie) of Moultrie, Angel Maxwell (Devin Leggett) of Trafford, AL and James Maxwell of Bainbridge.16 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. sister Angela Tabb(Russ) of Baker Co, Ga. He was preceded in death by brother Eldon Heard. The family will recevive friends from 3-4pm on Friday at Bethany Baptist Church.
