Joyce Ann Riley, 79, of Herrick, IL passed away peacefully at 11:20 a.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at Lakeland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Effingham, IL with her loved ones by her side. Joyce was born on November 25, 1939, in Marion, IL, the daughter of Henry and Maxine (Short) Hudgens. She and Steven Riley were united in holy matrimony on May 23, 1970 in Las Vegas, NV.
