Joshua was born on May 15, 1981 to Garry and Jenny Arthur Phillips. He was of the Baptist Faith. Joshua is preceded in death by his Father Garry Phillips, Grandparents James and Betty Phillips, John Arthur. He is survived by: Survivors: Mother Jenny Arthur Phillips Clinton Son Garren Phillips Concord Daughter Abby Phillips Clinton Grandmother Connie Arthur Clinton Sister Christina Lowe & David Clinton A host of other Family and Friends A private service will be at a later date
