Joseph Elutrio, Jr. age 86 of Baltimore, MD, passed away on October 23, 2019. He was born in Monongah, WV on December 27th. He is the son of the late Giueseppe and Fortunata Elutrio (Nee Quatrucchi). Joseph was retired from the U.S. Air Force with 37 years of service. He was a member of Post 148 American Legion. He was also a member of Stembridge Rec. coaching basketball and baseball to many championships. He is survived by his wife Barbara E. Elutrio (Nee Thomas). Loving father of Joseph A. Elutrio III and wife Allison, Glenn D. Elutrio and wife Melissa and Paula J. Skapura and fiance Jason Crouse. Cherished grandfather of 7 grandchildren: Gina Elutrio, Kristen Hubbard, Marie Elutrio, Marissa Skapura, Robert J. Skapura, Devin Elutrio and Rylie Elutrio. Dear great grandfather of 2 great grandchildren: Hudson & Hayes Hubbard. Also survived by a niece, Anna Marie Flamini and three nephews: Ricky, Randy and Brian Carpenter. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Mike Flamini and Dominic Flamini and 3 sisters: Mary Wren, Jennie Carpenter and Adeline Reed. Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Es at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Monday, October 28th from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral services on Monday at 8 pm. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 12th at 11:30 am in Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Garrison Forest.
