Mr. Ramirez is preceded in death by his parents, Ignacio and Dominga Ramirez; in-laws, Serapio Jr. and Beatriz G. Morales and a sister-in-law, Lydia V. Morales. Mr. Ramirez is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sylvia M. Ramirez; sons, Humberto Ramirez, Jr., Gerardo Javier Ramirez; daughter, Rebecca Mayela (Justin Ray) Cannon; grandsons, Jacob Ray Cannon, Aiden Michael Cannon; brothers, †Benito (Catarina) Ramirez, Leonel (Consuelo) Ramirez, Juan M. (Nora B.) Ramirez; sisters, Porfiria B. (Heriberto) Gutierrez, Ana Maria Garcia, Maria Rosa (†Juan) Martinez; brothers-in-law, †Rodolfo (Carlota B.) Morales, Cesar (Elva) Morales, Eloy (†Gloria S.) Morales, Rene (Yolanda G.) Morales; sister-in-law, Rosalva (†Lauro) Garza and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends. Visitation hours will be held on Friday, October 4, 2019, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a vigil at 7:00 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home. The funeral procession will depart on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. for an 11 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery. Family would like to Thank Dr. Idelfonzo Flores, Zapata County Fire Dept., LMC Staff and Zapata Rehab Center Staff.
