Herbert Anthony Hannagan, “Herb” 84, of Boca Raton, FL passed away October 24, 2019. He is survived by his beloved wife, Phyllis, of 67 years, loving children; Russell, Roger (Laura), Debra (Glen) Garbenis, grandchildren; Adrianna and Christopher Garbenis. Herb enjoyed collecting stamps and watching baseball and football especially the NY Yankees and Giants. Family will receive friends Tuesday, October 29, 2019, 4-8pm with a funeral service.
