Francis (Bugs)’s Obituary Hayes, Francis James (Bugs), age 76, of Tellico Plains, was tragically taken from us and where he went home to be with his mother and brother with arms open wide on Friday, October 25, 2019. He served our country well in the Vietnam War, a place he did not mention often. Survivors, son, Macklin Best, Daughters, Clarissa Hayes, Angel Rodgers, Granddaughter, Daisha McDermott, Special nieces & nephew, Kim Hayes Bolix, Haily Burrell, Hannah Burrell, Harley Bolix, Kaleigha Whittle, Sister-in-law, Ruby Hayes, Best friend, Gary Harris, Other friends, Johnny, Eugene, Reggie, Tony, Larry and so many more to also include the whole Hardee’s Crew, Tellico Plains.
