Elsie’s Obituary Elsie Mae Money, 76, of Crothersville, IN, passed away at 8:18 PM on Monday, October 21, 2019 at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN. Elsie was born Sunday, Sept 26, 1943 in Manchester, KY. She was the daughter of Oscar and Leona (Cheek) Minton, who preceded her in death. Elsie retired from the former the US Shoe Factory, and worked at the former Gardner Box, H.O. Canfield, and Shirt Factory. She enjoyed decorating for Christmas, working in her flowers, and spending time with her family and grandkids. On July 19, 1960 she married Bill Money in Manchester, KY who survives in Crothersville, IN. Other survivors include her children, Don W. (Rhonda) Money, Lonnie G. (Nancy) Money, and Melissa A. (Chris) Ball, all of Crothersville, IN, 9 grandchildren, Chris (Jessica) Noblitt, Nikki (Matt) Howard, Robbie Money, Ashley Masters, Krystal (Daniel) Robinson, Brian (Wesley) Money, Kiana Jackson, Nikkole (Marc) Gossar, Allie (Joe) Snyder, 10 great grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren on the way, siblings, Jewell England, Wayne Minton, Marshall Minton, Joyce Hammons, Mary Miller, Kathy Wooten, and Ronald Minton. Preceded in death by, siblings, Anna Lee Madden, Loren Minton, Ray Minton, and Darrell Minton. Her nephew, Wade England will conduct funeral services at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 25, 2019 at Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory in Crothersville, with burial to follow at Crothersville Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Friday from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, all at Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory in Crothersville.
