Obituary PRESQUE ISLE – Edward H. “Ted” Blanchard passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2019. He was born in Presque Isle on Friday, November 13, 1931, the son of Harvey and Anna (Edwards) Blanchard. After high-school graduation, Ted enlisted in the Unites States Air Force stationed in Reykjavik, Iceland. He proudly served in the Honor Guard.
