Daniel was born on September 15, 1971 in St. Paul, MN to Glenn and Marlys Bade. He graduated from Roseville High School in 1990 where he proudly served a term as the Captain of the boy’s basketball team. Daniel continued his education at the University of Minnesota where he became a lifelong, loyal “Gophers” fan. His successful career in finance and insurance sales carried him across the country from Texas to Colorado to California, but his desire to be close to his family lead him home to Minnesota. With every job Daniel accepted, he skyrocketed to the success with his natural ability to connect and help others. His ethics never wavered, always acting with integrity, generosity and kindness. Doing the right thing was never wrong. In all areas of life, he acted with compassion and integrity and left everyone he touched with a smile. He knew how to lift someone up, leaving them in a better place than they started. His true purpose in life was found through philanthropy, animal advocacy and helping the “under dog” – be it an animal or human in need. His inspiration, passion and ability to accomplish miracles encouraged everyone he touched to dig deep to become a better person, try a little harder and do a little more to make a positive difference. Daniel had an amazing ability to pull people together, provide creative solutions to carry out his mission and vision of making the world a better place. He was a strong voice for animals, but also lived out his core values though a vegan and sustainable lifestyle and honoring veterans. It was through following his heart that this journey lead him to find true love. Daniel married his wife Jenny on June 9, 2018. They had huge plans to lead a life full of giving back. Daniel coined the term, “Together We Save”, which will live on forever through the profound impact he made in the communities he served, leaving them all with big shoes to fill to carry out his legacy. Daniel is survived by his mother, Marlys Bade; wife, Jenny Gott; companions: Cajun, Oakland, Bodi, Greta, Rufus, Yazhi, Indy; siblings: Karen (Art) Laureano, Mike (Mary) Bade, Diane Bade, Jim (Bobbi) Bade; niece, Janessa Bade; nephews: Dave, Paul, Cooper, Scott, Austin, Paris, Tristen, Nick.
