Sympathies message

  1. Met Dan in September while visiting Florence S.C. for some dental work. My companion and I were walking towards the public viewing area of the track, when Dan came over. He preceded to talk with us and tell us, not only about the history of Darlington race track, but also his times on the Nascar circut. A very memorable 45 minutes of stories and history. He even invited us to stop by next year for a chat before he went back to work. I know he will be missed by many, myself included. Thank you for the chat that day Dan. RIP
