Charles’ Obituary Charles N. Bennett, a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2019 in Mount Saint Mary’s Hospital, the son of Adolphus and Nancy (Geschwender) Bennett. Born August 27, 1934, he was 84 years old. Charles attended local schools and joined the US Marine Corps, proudly serving this great nation from Jan 1957 to being honorable discharge in January 1963. A longtime member of Niagara Presbyterian Church, he served the Church as Deacon and volunteered in various capacities at the Church. He was Past Master and member of the Ransomville Lodge 551 F&AM; Al-Anon; the U.S. Power Squadron and the Amateur Radio Club. Mr. Bennett was employed by Treibacher Schleifmittel Corp., as a Laborer for many years. He is survived by his wife, Susan Garner and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by siblings, Nancy Jean; Robert and James. All are invited to attend the Memorial Service, Masonic Service and Military Honors that will be conducted on SATURDAY [NOV. 2nd, 2019] at 11:00 A.M. in NIAGARA PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, LOCKPORT & MILITARY ROADS TOWN OF NIAGARA.
