Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center with a graveside service to follow at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, October 24th, 2019, at Reynolds Cemetery in Dreka, Texas. Bruce was born October 31st, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Henry Thomas Bolton and Iva Dell Harris Bolton. He loved being a truck driver for Tyson Foods and received many awards during his career. Bruce was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was of the Christian faith. He is survived by wife of 31 years, Mary Wagstaff Bolton; daughters, Gina Grubbs Williston and husband James of Longview, Texas, Tina Grubbs Amburn and husband Micheal of Center, Texas, and Sandi Grubbs Shahan of New Braunfels, Texas; 5 grandchildren, Kendall Smith of Joaquin, Texas, Hailey Shahan of New Braunfels, Texas, Shalee Seymour of Longview, Texas, Ashlyn Creech and Nathan Creech of Center, Texas; sisters, Claudia Smart, Nora and husband Bill Johnson, Virginia and husband Charles Russell, Frances Griffin, Pat and husband Gabreil of Portales, New Mexico, and Tina and husband Villis Dowden Jr., of Many, Louisiana; brothers, James Bolton of Center, Texas, Doug Tyler of Tenaha, Texas, and Brian Tyler of San Antonio, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Iva Dell Tyler and Henry Thomas Bolton; and brother, Henry Thomas Bolton. Pallbearers will be Micheal Amburn, James Bolton, Kyle Windham, Matthew Shelton, Michael Lowe, and Sonny Lowe. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Wagstaff and Kenneth Harris.
