“Bob”‘s Obituary Boisaubin, Rev. Fr. Robert “Bob”, age 82, baptized into the hope of Christ’s resurrection, Sunday, October 27, 2019. A retired Catholic Priest serving numerous parishes within the Archdiocese of St. Louis. He was the beloved brother of Delphine (late Jack) Norris and the late Marian B. Fredericks; a loving uncle of Paul Fredericks, Carolyn (Jay) Petry, Tom Fredericks, Tracy (Bill) Hoel, Rick McFall, John (Oksana) McFall and Daniel McFall; and great-uncle of Stephen, Anna and Jack Fredericks, Megan Rand, Caitlin and Sean Hoel, Ashley, Bridget, Johnny and Brianna McFall, and Cara and Ryan Petry. BORN 3/13/37 82 YRS OLD Two sisters: Marian 1935-2001; Delly 1938-Current 5 Nephews, 2 Nieces Grew up in Richmond Heights, MO. St Luke’s Parish Childhood Hero: Fr. Al Thomson (Great Uncle) Liked to play sports: Football, Baseball, Basketball & Soccer. 8th Grade offered 4 year scholarship to play Basketball at CBC High School. After graduating CBC, Bob attended Seminary, Cardinal Glennon College 4 years. BA Liberal Arts. Left Seminary after college, worked for Brown Shoe Co. for 6 years in Southeast (Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and Florida) Lived in Charleston, SC. After 6 years at Brown Shoe, went back to Kenrick Seminary for 4 years of Theology. Received Master’s Degree in Divinity from SLU in 1969. Assignments: In 1969, Associate Pastor at St Rose of Lima Parish in North St Louis. In 1975, Associate Pastor St Patrick Parish, Wentzville, MO. Also taught part time at St Dominic High School. 1976, Associate Pastor St Catherine Alexandria Parish, Riverview Gardens, MO. 1980, Associate Pastor Assumption Parish, Mattese, MO. 1982, Pastor St Engelbert Parish, St Louis, MO. 1989, Senior Priest in Service St Jerome Parish, Bissell Hills, MO. 1990, Pastor St Cecelia Parish, St Louis, MO.* 1995, Pastor Assumption Parish, O’Fallon, MO. 1999, Retired reside at St Alban Roe Parish, Wildwood, MO. 2002, Senior Associate Pastor, St Joseph Parish, Manchester, MO. 2007, Permission to serve in the Diocese of Jefferson City. 2008, Retirement status St Joseph Parish, Manchester, MO. 2008, Continue status of retirement Ascension Parish, Chesterfield, MO. 2009, Retirement Regina Cleri. 2019, October 27: Died While at St Cecilia Parish, Fr Bob grew a Spanish speaking parish from 50 families to 1500 families. In 1979, Cardinal Carberry asked Bob to be the Head of the Pro Life Committee for the St Louis Arch Diocese until 1984. Some of the Highlights of Bob’s life include: Bob traveled and spent 3 months in Europe in the 1960’s. Traveled to Mexico City to see the World Cup of soccer and saw Pele’ Traveled to Ireland seven times. Traveled to Alaska and several other destinations in the USA. Services: Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Manchester, Tuesday, November 5, 2019, 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Fr.
