Beverly’s Obituary Beverly Grace Levins, age 81, passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019 in Arcadia, FL. Beverly was born April 22, 1938 in Long Creek, Iowa, moving to Arcadia 49 years ago from Indianola, Iowa. She was a cashier and sales manager for Wal-Mart for 18 years, starting with Wal-Mart when it was located where Tractor Supply is now. She was of the Baptist faith, having been a member of Southside Baptist, Arcadia, FL at one time. She was a very kind hearted and humble person. Beverly is survived by her friends, Donna (Ed) Kessler of Arcadia, FL; and the many other friends she made while living here in Arcadia. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Ida Thomas Downs; husband Frederick Levin, who was a casualty of Vietnam War; and twins passing prior to childbirth. Graveside services will be conducted at 3:00pm, Monday, October 28, 2019 at Joshua Creek Cemetery with Pastor David Bedell officiating. Online condolences may be made at pongerkaysgrady.com.
