Mr. Garcia is preceded in death by his parents, Amado and Porfiria Garcia; brothers, Amado and Juan Angel Garcia. Mr. Garcia is survived by his wife, Elda B. Garcia; daughters, Viola Garcia, Rocio (Ricardo J.) Muñoz; grandchildren, Ricardo J. Muñoz, Paola Gomez and Rey Muñoz; brothers, Cesar (Placida) Garcia, Rene (Ofilia) Garcia, Hector (Domitila) Garcia, Pablo (Hilaria) Garcia, Hugo Garcia, Juan De Dios (Maria G.) Garcia; sisters, Margarita Garcia (†Heberto) Ramos, Diana (Ignacio) Flores, Diamantina (Ramiro) Resendez; sisters-in-law, Raquenel Garcia and Cenovia Garcia and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends. Visitation hours will be held on Friday, October 18, 2019, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a vigil at 6:30 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home. The funeral procession will depart on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 9:45 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
