Ronald Eugene Herbers 2019

Ronald Eugene Herbers (79) of Inglis, FL passed away in Lecanto, FL, September 9, 2019 after a long fight with illness. Ronald was born October 4, 1939 in Covington, Kentucky. Ronald is survived by his dear wife of 21 years, Jovita of Riverview, FL; his daughters Tamara Herbers of Deland, FL and Kelly (John) Masluk of Orlando, FL; his step-daughter Maria Taylor of Riverview, FL; six grandchildren and two nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Nancy and his sister, Jean Paddock. His life-long career was working as a fireman in Indiana. He loved to fish and was good at it. He also loved collecting things that needed fixing. He was a skilled handyman who could fix anything. He also enjoyed collecting guns. He will always be remembered by his love for talking.
