Peter’s Obituary Mr. Peter Joel Steele, 20, of Anderson, Missouri, departed this life suddenly on Monday, September 23, 2019, at his residence. Peter entered this life on February 17, 1999, in Joplin, Missouri, one of four sons of the late Hipalita Paula (Martinez) Steele. He was raised and attended school in Anderson. He was a faithful member of Word of God Bible Church in Anderson. He was a talented musician, playing the saxophone and trumpet. He also enjoyed a good game of chess and checkers. Peter is survived by his three brothers, Philip Steele, Michael Steele and Timothy Steele; as well as a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. in the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Homes with Bro. Joe Serda officiating. Burial will follow in the Tracy Cemetery in Anderson. Those honoring his life by serving as pallbearers are Philip Steele, Michael Steele, Timothy Steele, Robert Brand, Mitch Boggs and Paul South.
