Norman’s Obituary NORMAN PAUL GOODHUE, 71, of O’Dell Park, Groveton and formerly of Waymouth, MA, died on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH after a sudden illness with his loving wife by his side. Norman was born on August 31, 1948, in Braintree, MA the son of Norman and Mary (McGally) Goodhue. He has been a resident of Groveton for the past year coming from Waymouth. Norman was a veteran of the US Navy and served during the Vietnam War and is a member of the VFW Post 3808. Before retirement, Norman worked as a Union Worker for Boston Gas. He was a member of the Groveton Fish and Game Rifle Club and loved hunting. Norman is survived by his wife of 14 years, Jana (Charbonneau) Goodhue of Groveton; his three daughters Stacey Capello of Braintree, MA; Tammy Goodhue and Sara Goodhue both of Waymouth, MA; his step-daughter Erica Lurvey of Berlin, NH; his grandchildren Kelsey; Brianna; Anthony; Christopher; Kayley and Lillianna; one great-grandson Xavien; his sister Patricia Munroe and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents and two sisters Louise and Kathleen. Calling hours will be held on Monday, September 30, 2019, at the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home in Groveton, from 4-7 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday at 10:00 am at the St. Francis Xavier Church in Groveton, with Fr. Daniel Deveau, pastor officiating.
