Mitchell Davis Hightower, Sr., age 80, died Thursday, September 26, 2019, at his home. Born in Oconee County, S.C., he was the son of the late Rev. Claude Hightower and Sallie Broome Hightower. Mr. Hightower retired from Archer Daniels Midland, Co. He was a graduate of Baron DeKalb High School and a member of Pineview Baptist Church.
