Mrs. Margaret Shaver Thompson, 97, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2019. A graveside service is scheduled for 1:00 pm Friday, September 13, 2019 at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12 to 12:30 pm Friday at Lady’s Funeral Home. Mrs. Thompson was born October 2, 1922. She was one of 12 children of the late John Shaver and Arline Wise Shaver.
