Pisgah Baptist Church and attended Bible study every Wednesday. Jean was a loving mother, grandmother, sibling and friend and will be greatly missed. She had such a big heart for helping during her precious time here on earth. She began working as a babysitter at a young age of 12 years old. She was very talented and worked in many fields such as factory worker, sales associate and a caregiver. Being established in these many work areas allowed Jean to be a great leader and she changed other people lives. Jean’s hobbies and interests were Bible Study, spending time with her family, shopping and taking pictures. She had a passion for spreading love by giving kisses and leaving her print of lips on your cheeks. Jean loved to play “deuces” for quarters and she would always hit the jackpot. On a day to day basis, one of the family members or friends would receive a phone call from her checking on them saying, “Hey Poodie, Girly or Kiddo. We will miss those sweet words, phone calls, laughs and smiles Momma Jean brought to us all. “To be absent from the body is to be present with God.” To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of L.
