Justin Michael Cozad, 40, of Oil City passed away Tuesday September 17, 2019. Born in Franklin on September 10, 1979 and was the son of Roger Cozad and Sally Shull Diener. Justin graduated from the Oil City High School. He belonged to the Eagles club and enjoyed fishing, hunting, his cats, playing music, and travelling. Including his parents, he is survived by his brothers; Jesse Cozad of Arkansas and Andy Cozad and wife Michelle of Oil City. A grandmother Virginia Cann, an uncle Steve and aunt Janice Knox, also many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Charles Cozad Jr , Betty Cozad, and Emerson Shull. A private service will take place at the family’s convenience. In lieu of flowers the family has asked for any donations to be made to the Venango County Humane Society in Justin’s name. The Reinsel Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.   1. I recall a young teenager who was very sweet and polite. He will be dearly missed. My heart hurts for his mother, his father as well as for his other 2 uncles & 2 aunts. R.I.P. Justin. Loved from a distance, Aunt Lynn

  2. Justin was an important part of my life at one point, I will always have love for him and am shocked he’s done and I’ll never be able to speak to him again. He was such a nice person and would do anything for anyone he cared for. My greatest sympathies to his family.
