James Kenneth Zbinden, 80, of Fulton passed away at his home on Wednesday, September 25, 2019. He was born on November 4, 1938 in Fulton; the son of the late James Hallie Zbinden and the late Alma Jane (Howerton) Zbinden. On December 21, 1957, Kenny married his high school sweetheart, Rosemary (Jones) Zbinden. She survives his passing. Kenny graduated from Fulton High School in 1957.
